Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you browse the Lumqeva™ store or place an order.
These Terms describe the basic rules for using our website and purchasing products. Please also read the policies linked below, which form part of the store information provided to customers.
01 · Use of the store
By visiting, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the store. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. If you use the store for a child or household, you are responsible for your own use and any account activity.
02 · Product descriptions and use
We aim to show product colors, dimensions, materials, functions, and care information as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and production differences can make actual appearance vary slightly from images. Review the current product listing for item-specific specifications, assembly, installation, power, and care details. Decorative pieces are not children’s toys unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Keep installation and supervision guidance in mind, especially for items used in a child’s room.
03 · Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, stock, address accuracy, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, and will contact you and arrange any applicable refund if payment was captured.
04 · Prices and payment
The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your purchase, subject to valid discounts shown before payment. Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and other charges may be listed separately. 05 · Shipping and returns
Shipping estimates, fees, tracking, delays, and delivery issues are covered by the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, return shipping, and refund processing are covered by the Return & Refund Policy. Contact customer care before sending products back.

Lumqeva™ branding and original store materials—including text, photographs, graphics, page design, and product presentation—belong to their respective rights holders and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute protected materials for commercial use without permission, except where the law allows. Third-party marks remain with their owners.
